This couldn’t be easier, browse our store catalogue and when you find what you’re looking for choose the quantity and click add to cart. The details will automatically be updated in the shopping cart. Once you’ve finished either click view cart in the top menu or checkout on the shopping cart area on the right hand side of the page. Following this you will be asked some details allowing you to complete your order.
If you are not already a member a quick form will need to be filled in with your own personal login information for order tracking and added security.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 4 business days. In some circumstances, we may have to order products in before shipping them to you and this can take up to 5 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 7 days.
Keephearing Ltd will not be liable for any loss of post. In the situation post goes missing, it will be the customers responsibility to take up the matter with Royal Mail or the courier used. In the event an item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address being provided, the customer will be responsible for any further shipping charges. If standard shipping is used no tracking numbers are available. We retain receipts of postage, these act as evidence of postage but do not guarantee delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All orders can be tracked using your login details on the main website to determine its status.
For orders made from the UK or the EU (European Union), 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. VAT is charged to all individuals regardless of disibility except in circumstances stated in the HMRC Reference:Notice 701/7

All of our orders come with a 14 day money back guarantee providing the products are packaged and un-used or un-opened. Please note: Due to health and hygeienic reasons any returned/opened packages will not be refunded. Electrical items such as remotes or wireless devices must be returned de-programmed and in their original packaging/state.
