Hearing Aid Repairs

When your hearing aids fail to function as originally designed, it can be a real worry especially when the damage is not covered by the hearing aid warranty or if you have no warranty left.

At Keephearing we offer a quick and efficient hearing aid repair service for all makes and models of hearing aid.  We understand how hard it can be when people are without their hearing aids - we do our best to return them as quickly as possible.

You can send your hearing aids to us by post, to our trusted team at our head office.  Fill in our Hearing Aid Repair Form.  We will process the repair, then the hearing aids will be passed on to official repair service specialists and finally sent back to you by post. 

Damage to hearing aids is commonly caused through improper use or handling, unauthorised use or repair, accidental damage, changes to ear physiology, use of solvents and wax damage.

Hearing Aid Repair Prices

We categorize repairs as major, minor or general check and test (hearing aid cleaning). 

Minor Repairs: £45

• 6 month warranty on all parts
• Return by Royal Mail special delivery
• VAT 

Major Repairs: £65 - £200

Additional to minor repairs

• Free hearing aid cleaning brush

(price depends on extent of damage & number of hearing aids)

Hearing Aid General Check and Test: £15

Please note: there is no warranty on the general check and test.  There may be additional charges if any extra work needs doing, in this case warranty polices will apply.  Before carrying out any additional work we will notify you.  There is no obligation to carry out any additional work.
