Orders placed online at www.keephearing.co.uk and via telephone qualify for free delivery. All prices include VAT, there are no hidden costs. This promotion applies to UK delivery only.   This promotion may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. You will not receive a postage cost credit in this instance.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you may return it and you will be offered a replacement or refund plus the return postage costs (if we deem appropriate we may return up to 50% of the postage cost).

Please Note: Opened packages for domes, wax guards, tubes, receivers or any other item which comes in contact with hearing aid or person, are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.  This applies even if the item has not been used.  We are unable to accept returns in this case. Please ensure you have the correct product before opening it.
