The Phonak TVLink S basestation is the Bluetooth transmitter that turns any CORE, Phonak Spice Generation and Spice + hearing instrument into a lightweight wireless headset. The main difference between the TVLink S and the TVLink is the charging slot which is specially adapted for the ComPilot, and the availability of a test mode on the TVLink S basestation. The TVLink S basestation wirelessly sends audio signals from the TV or any other audio source to the ComPilot within a range of up to 30 meters (100 ft.).
